Positions at RCTC

BT

Behavior Therapist

Our BTs work 1:1 with clients throughout each day. They receive 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training prior to working with clients and receive a minimum of 5% supervision each week.

LBT

Lead Behavior Therapist

Our LBTs provide additional support to BTs throughout the day and are able to work with a wider range of clients. When BTs are on vacation or ill, LBTs work 1:1 with clients. LBTs also receive 5% supervision each week.

AF

Assessment Facilitator

The assessment facilitator reviews incoming client records to support the LCP in gathering current and necessary information for their medical necessity evaluations. The AF assists initial and ongoing developmental assessments for current clients.

BTT

Behavior Therapist Trainer

BTT’s train new behavior therapists and provide ongoing coaching and treatment integrity checks for all BTs and LBTs.

BSS

Behavior Support Specialist

BSS’s provide behavior support for half of their day and the other half is spent maintaining a relationship and instructional control with their clients with significant challenging behavior.

ACS

Assistant Clinical Supervisor

Our ACSs provide observation and direction and behavioral support to BTs. They are responsible for assisting with training and client programming, in addition to making program materials. ACSs also receive 5% supervision each week unless they are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They achieve approximately 6 or more hours of billing a day and may be responsible for a client’s programming.

CS

Clinical Supervisor

Our CSs maintain 6 clients’ treatment and behavioral plans. They conduct comprehensive assessments, make modifications to treatment and behavior intervention plans, and monitor client progress. CSs are responsible for training staff in the principles and procedures of ABA and client specific programming, in addition to working with caregivers, providing behavioral support, running team meetings, and providing ongoing staff development. CSs hold a master’s degree or higher and advanced certification.

CD

Clinical Director

Our CD is a leader for the CSs and supports them in their responsibilities. The CD is a BCBA and will work closely team members on developing appropriate and effective treatment and behavioral plans, in addition to supporting families in the home and community. The CD conducts the initial part of the recruitment process including interviewing potential employees. The CD is also responsible for scheduling clients and staff.

FSS

Family Support Specialist

Our FSS provides individual family support in the home and center and group family support and training. The FSS is responsible finding and forming the community of helpful tips, tricks and resources when interacting with individuals with developmental and/or behavioral disabilities.

SC

Services Coordinator

Our current SC is a Licensed Special Education Teacher. She manages the reception desk and is responsible for supplies management, including for our food program. She provides group skills training/therapy a few times a week to prepare kids for school. 

AD

Administrative Director

Our AD provides administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings. The AD completes the accounting and billing for the organization. The AD processes payroll and other benefits. The AD completes the remaining parts of the recruitment process including reference checks, background checks, and new employee paperwork.

LCP

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Our LCP oversees the ABA program, reviews and approves treatment plans, and conducts the medical necessity process for incoming clients.

ED

Executive Director

Our ED is a leader for the AD, LCP, FSS, CD, SC and other department supervisors. The ED is a BCBA and supports their staff in their responsibilities. Overall clinical development and client support is their top priority. The ED provides clinical supervision to those working towards advanced certification in ABA. They ensure collaboration across all departments and team members and provide community training. The ED responds to caregiver complaints and concerns.
